Quick Take
The gluten-free execution was there. The flavor did not fully meet it.
The chicken was juicy and crispy, which is a good starting point, but it needed more seasoning to make the meal memorable. The fries ended up being the strongest part of the plate, and both the Hot BBQ and ranch worked well alongside it.

The meal included two gluten-free chicken tenders, fries, Hot BBQ, and ranch. This is exactly the kind of order that makes Boss ChickN Beer attractive to a gluten-free diner: familiar comfort food that you do not always have easy access to.
The Chicken
Crispy and juicy, but underseasoned.
Texture was not the problem. The tenders had a good crisp exterior and stayed juicy inside. The issue was flavor. They needed more seasoning, and that kept the chicken from becoming the part of the meal I wanted to go back for.
The Fries + Sauces
The best part of the meal.
The fries stood out more than the chicken and were the item I enjoyed most. The Hot BBQ and ranch were both solid and helped the meal, but good sauces could not completely make up for the lack of seasoning on the tenders themselves.
Experience
The restaurant experience was stronger than the food score.
The atmosphere and service made a better impression than the food itself. That matters, but this rating is ultimately about whether the gluten-free meal was good enough to recommend on taste—not simply whether a gluten-free version was available.

The chicken needed more flavor. I would call this a useful gluten-free option, not a destination meal.
